Meghan O'Brien Taylor
 Meghan O'Brien Taylor received her undergraduate degree from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, CA, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Mrs. Taylor attended law school at Chapman University School of Law in Orange, CA where she served on the Executive Board of Chapman's Journal of Criminal Justice. Mrs. Taylor has worked with both the Orange County Office of the Public Defender and the San Diego Office of the Public Defender.
